BLOOM is a youth and community organisation from Ruse, Bulgaria, creating learning experiences that help people become more adaptable, sustainable and ready for the future.
The seed
Every change begins with a seed.
The world is changing fast. Climate challenges, social transformation, new technologies and evolving skills are reshaping the way people live, learn and participate.
BLOOM was created from a simple belief: when people are given the right environment, knowledge and opportunities, they grow, and communities grow with them.
We create learning experiences that help people respond to change, take part in their communities and shape what comes next.
The future does not simply happen. It grows from what we cultivate today.

Different backgrounds. One shared direction.
BLOOM is shaped by people who believe that learning, creativity, sustainability and participation can help communities grow.
Lora Yordanova
Founder & President
Lora connects sustainability, education and community development. With a background in agronomy and experience in youth work, volunteering and Erasmus+ activities, she is particularly interested in climate adaptation, circular economy, agriculture, innovation and future skills.
She created BLOOM around the idea that young people and communities should not simply react to the future. They should have the knowledge and confidence to shape it.
Viktor Bildirev
Co-Founder
Viktor brings movement, wellbeing and active participation into BLOOM. His background spans sports management, physical education, volunteering and international youth projects.
Through Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps activities, he has worked with themes including sport, health, inclusion, ecology, volunteering, active citizenship and digitalisation. At BLOOM, he focuses on creating experiences that bring people together through participation and practical learning.
Irina Mikheeva
Co-Founder
Irina connects creativity, digital media and inclusion. Her background in computer animation, psychology studies and motion pictures brings a visual and human perspective to BLOOM's work.
Through volunteering and international youth mobility, she has grown from participant to group leader and co-facilitator. At BLOOM, she uses creative media and non-formal learning to support youth empowerment, digital literacy and inclusive participation.
